Do not buy from this breeder! Teresa Caudell is a unethical breeder, she sells most of kittens over the internet, from www.tecspotbengals.net Teresa Caudell thinks only how to cheat the buyer, steal from buyer deposit or sell you the animal for a maximum of money and ZERO guarantees. I'm not saying that all her kittens and cats are sick, but I tell you that is ZERO warranty and if you buy a kitten you will never get a replacement if the kitten is genetically an unhealthy. I have a male cat from Tecspot, I paid to Teresa Caudell $3000 + 350 for shipping. Male not produced for me even one kitten. The contract that I got when I bought the cat from Teresa Caudell guarantee that the male will produce offspring, or to be replaced. Teresa Caudell does not respond to the letter. I paid a deposit for 3 days old kitten , and when kitten grew up and was the best kitten in the litter, she did not want to sell me this kitten, and tried to steal my deposit, for the fact that I did not pay the full cost of the kitten 20 days prior to shipment. I was late on a payment for a few days since my friend was dying of cancer and all of her cats were in my house
Following is letter from Teresa Caudell to me:

I sent you an e-mail on Aug. 5Th, requesting payment if full by cashiers check for the Reba Boy as per the signed breeding contract and you did not send the payment. I have given you ample time to pay for this kitten and you have not. You even requested and extra week to ship the kitten to you but you did not make the payment as requested and due.
Payment was due 20 days prior to shipping and you did not pay for this kitten as per the signed contract. Therefore you have forfeited the rights on this kitten and your deposit is not refundable and the contract is now null and void.

Section #9 states, "All kittens must be paid in full 20 days prior to shipping. The kitten is 11 weeks old now and I told you that I ship my kittens at 12 weeks. He will be 12 weeks on Aug. 24Th.
You asked for the kitten to be shipped on Sept 4Th or 5Th and I agreed and payment was to be made in full as per the signed breeding contract.
Since payment in full has not been made as requested and now past due I can only assume you have changed your mind on purchasing my kitten so therefor your deposit is not refundable and the contract is null and void.

When Teresa Caudell claimed $3000 payment 20 days prior to shipment, Teresa Caudell was very accurate on contract, and now Teresa Caudell does not comply with its contract which guaranteed me a replacement. Why kitten that is not inspected by a veterinarian must be paid in full 10 days before the vet examination? We all know that health sartifikat valid only for 10 days.
Even though this happened more than three years ago, I never reported it. I was waiting for that Teresa would offer me compensation, but did not offer me any kitten. I asked Tereza to sell me a healthy kitten at the pet rice , and take back the male which is too expensive to have him as a pet. Teresa chose not to respond to my emails. So I'll leave this Complaint Review, this is not what I wanted to do, but Teresa left me little choice.

Teresa, If you think that I did not provided you cat to "confirm non fertility" because I used him as a producer provide proof please. I knew you had the same arguments with other breeders and you've been taking the cat and did not return the money. Sso I saw no reason to spend additional $400 to send you a cat for which I paid to you in full .
The first and only litter of kittens born when the cat was three years old!!! Do you think this is normal? And it happened after I left this report.
I bought myself for this time four new males and received kittens from them. Their 4 daughters live in my house and I can provide DNA confirmation that it is not the children of your cat.
Cat which you sold me was living with a females for 3 yars. I spent $2000 to check his health. At the age of 12 months, the cat had a content of the female hormone like a pregnant female, nothing more would not stop him from produce kittens. 2 years later, he first began to show interest in females. He bred 4 females. One of four females became pregnant. Yes, I received from him one litter. 2 dead kitten and 3 alive. 4 marble and one spotted.If you think that after I posted this report I should stop trying to get offspring from him, you're wrong. This cat cost me more than $5000. I bought him from you as valuable producer, I got a sick animal is unable to function normally. You want to get him back? Give me back money I paid you for this cat, I'll bring you a cat. You have problems not only with me. You ripoff breeders, and Pet buyers and everyone can see how many disgruntled customer you have. You do not know how to do business correctly, you do not want to find the solution of the problems that can occur when you selling breeding animal for Top money. Purrs and Blessings!!!

Olga Dorondova you are a LIAR......you boy has produced kittens and you have them posted on your facbook page!! You also posted the kittens up for sale on E-bay Classified. I have all the pictuers and ads copies to PROVE YOU ARE A LIAR......
You are NOTHING but a LIAR and you had NO RIGHT psoting your lies on this public board about me!!! I have all the copies of the pictures and ads that you posted selling kittens out of the stud you purcahsed from me.
You signed the contract on 6/9/2010 and your boy was shipped to you on 9/5/2010.
Section (4) of the Breeder Contract clearly states: SELLER DOES HAVE THE RIGHT TO ATTEMPT TO BREED THE CAT ON A TECSPOT BENGAL CAT BEFORE A REPLACEMENT FOR PROOF OF INFERTILITY.
I have the e-mails requesting you to ship the boy to me so I could breed him to my queens and YOU REFUSED to do so. The resaon you REFUSED was because he was and has been breeding and producing kittens.
Therefore you were NOT initialed to a replacement kitten.......
Section (9) of the breeders contract clearly states: "All cats/kittens being shipped must be paid in full 20 days prior to shipping". You signed the breeder contract and you knew the terms of the contract and YOU refused to follow the terms of the contract.
Your payment was due and you did not pay nor did you contact me about paying the balance. I NEVER tried to steel your deposit. I did NOT want to keep your boy I kept his brother, TecSpot Big N Rich. This is just MORE of your lies!!
IF you think you are so right and I did you so WRONG and ripped you off then, "SUE ME"..... BUT you will NOT becasue you know you are NOTHING BUT A LIAR so you posted your lies here to try and hurt me with you LIES.....
