Hopefully you will be interested in my story, to do some more research on the following and publish a report or article so other people cannot be scammed or coerced into signing documents, contracts and vouchers from Tekworx company. This is a similar story to Fraser McKenzie company report which BBC did a report on: http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b00q4397/Face_the_Facts_The_Recruits/  and similar to many articles re-known Tony Levene journalist has written about this kind of events.
It seems that many have been tricked into buying a course that makes you more eligible to work in the UK market because you do not have enough UK experience. The same story has happened to me, described in many blogs and Internet, have accused this company for misleading. This company changed their name from Techworks to Tekworx. After a supposed girl name Mandy doesn't show up to assist you in the appointment you were supposed to have with her for a job interview, another 'agent' comes and starts telling you or selling you the idea of a course that will make you get a job in the UK. Later on the supposed 'manager' comes and makes sure you are desperate to get a job, he starts claiming that if you do not act immediately with them by signing into this course you will certainly loose your opportunity to find a job that can sponsor you. After many questions he asked, he realised how nervous I was, that I am non-EU, that I have no one to turn to, that I have a credit card/ debit card (because he constantly asks for this), etc. This affected my mental stability (i was so nervous by many factors that I couldn't think properly and of course he took advantage of it to trick me into buying this. He never gave enough time to read the terms&conditions even though there is an 'Induction Checklist' that says otherwise. He was constantly very pushy by approaching me several times to tell me that I had to finish quickly and sign and that in any case I could cancel within 7days ofthe purchase and get my moneyback. He never mentioned the 'FastTrack' option that I signed for, which takes off my right to get the refund of 750. Later on in my house, my mind was clear and I realised how stupid I was to have done this. I read the terms and realised that he had made me sign documents that say that I was given enough time to read the terms and that I am committed to do this course and that I understand that by signing the ';FastTrack' box I loose my right for the refund. I called the company to ask him about why he never mentioned this and that by word he had promised me that if I change my mind I could call him to cancel and they will get me a refund. He was very aggressive over the phone. I am 24 years old, a recent graduate from the UK, I was manipulated into spending money I do not have because I was desperate to get a job before my visa expires, I am just looking for accomplishing my dream and making my family proud. Now I am in debt and ashamed. I am a victim of manipulation and coercion.
A legal advice officers told me: there is nothing to do since I signed the documents. However, a girl (MissyPL) won a case against this company with the help of a Trader Standards Officer for the same event that happened to me. I would appreciate if this kind of coercion practices can be exposed so others (specially recent graduates from the UK: just like me) don't fall into the scams of this supposed recruitment agencies. http://www.ripoffreport.com/computer-training-education/techworks-uk-ltd-jrg/techworks-uk-ltd-jrg-partner-84b6p.htm http://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/02074487703 http://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/02074487703/4#p308464253658657357 this are just some of the websites that talk about it.  Sincerely, J.N. By no reason I want this 'manager' so called j.lewis and other called MO to know that I am reporting them, as they already have my address and I am scared that they will come and harm me. Therefore, I didn't provide my real name or phone number. Please let others know about them. I wish no one falls into their tricks ever again and that severe investigations are made into the background of this company.
