Telebrands Customer Care Pedi Paws I was charge 40.64 for dog nail trimmer, have not got it and they will not give me my money back keep saying 3to5 bus days from Sept 19, 2008 Fairfield New Jersey
To whom it may concern:
On Sept 19, 2008 I spoke with a lady her ID # is Alert 69 to get my money back, she daid hat to wait and called agin on Sept 23, 2008 and Kavid said no and give me a reture # 11028772. Called again on Oct 6, 2008 they side if not her on Oct 8,2008 to call and get my money back. Called on Oct 8,2008 and spoke to Ronald nd he said no and then spoke to his boss Allen he give me a #03048555 and said it would be back in my account ina 3 to 5 business day. Called on Oct 15, 2008 at 1:38 pm and spoke to BJ said to wait 3 to 5 business day, Called again on Oct 22,2008 at 10:45 and spoke with Vickie she said to call back on Oct 24, 2008. So I did and spoke with Erin at 10:40 and she said had to wait 3 to 5 business day if not back in my account to call again. So now asking for help to get my money back.
