Telemarketing Sales Leads, TSLeads Customer NO SERVICE, Ripped me off my leads Allen Texas
It all started with a trial order of 25 pre set medicare advantage appointments that we were trying out to see if this can help our company. The first mistake they made was setting the apointments for Orange Co. California when they had to make them for Orange Co Florida. I called TSleads to see what had happend and they did apoligize and said they were going to replace these leads and give me 3 extras for the mistake.
The first mistake happened on Monday May 11 2009 so I was expecting the replacement Monday May 18, 2009 since we had scheduled app. with them for the rest of the week. Monday came and no replacements were recieved.
I called and no one answered the phone, I sent emails and no answer. Comes Tues. and Wed. same story. Then it ocurred to me that they might be screening the calls so I send a co-worker of mine to call as if she was to place an order and to tell them I am trying to contact them regarding the leads.
My coworker decides to accept there offer of Monday 25 since she was willing to work that day and that the free ones to be tuesday which were only three. Again they do not send Monday app. and send a full schedule of app for Tues and we couldnt work these because at this time we already have other events and meetings going on.
I signed the contract, I paid for the leads and they say they agreed with my coworker to these leads and that I am not entitled to replacements. Ms Jennifer Deems did not want to hear my complaint and constantly was overtalking me did not read the messages I sent because I sent in my messages that I wanted a refund for the unsent leads and she lets other people to make decisions on MY account. the other person doesnt even appear on the contract as an authorized contact. I paid 27.00 per lead
They promote a good concept of pre-set app. and quality leads on their website. I am not even going to waste my time on the rest of the issues I have with the products I bought. I asked to speak to my account manager, Jennifer Deems was the account manager but she also is the person who answers the calls every time you call to place an order and she also makes the decision if to give you credit or not. I asked to speak to her superior and there was none. I have every email I sent and recieved from them an even though I asked to speak to these other people that I recieved emails from they were never available. I do not want these leads I want my money back !!! I do not trust them any more.
