I went to Texas Nissan of Grapevine about a year ago because I had browsed their internet inventory and they had pages full of Murano's for sale in the $15,000's and this was right in the price range I was hoping for. When I got to the dealership there were about 6 different Murano's on the lot. I decided on one and we went into his office, he immediately asked me for my drivers license and had me fill out paperwork before ever discussing price. Once I was approved by a bank for a loan he told me the Murano I wanted would be $20,000. I very quickly told him I had printed out the web page that clearly states the pricing was much cheaper and I even had him log onto his own website to see there were no Murano's in that price range. He told me that none of those Murano's were available. I was a first time buyer and was worried I would not be approved anywhere else for a car. I left that day with a Murano which had power steering issues, bad breaks, and a handfull of other issues. I still to this day can't get over the fact that I was taken advantage of by the salesman and also by the financing department which took my $4000 down payment and tacked it on to the price of the car instead of taking off of the purchase price (I realized this much later after looking at my paperwork). Ultimately I bought a piece of s**t Murano for over $25,000. I would not recommend to anyone to visit this dealership.
