King and Prince Resort - St. Simons Island, Georgia theft a constant problem
September 2001. My six year old's Gameboy Advance and accessories were stolen from our room by staff. Manager was all smiles but denied hotel staff involvement. Security officer was a joke. Police officer was very kind and understanding but was only able to file a report. Police did indicate that King and Prince was the only hotel in the area that they had a lot of problems with. No offer of compensation (even partial) was ever offered by the hotel manager.
