I purchased a Ninetendo Dsi on Dec. 10, 2009 for $150.89. My card was charged Dec 11, 2009. I checked two days later and it still had not shipped. I tried to call the company and there voicemail said they weren't taking any calls till Jan 4, 2010. I also email but got no response.
I then found them on ripoff report and knew it was a scam. So of course I had to go purchase one from Target since it was a Christmas present for my daughter. I contacted Google about a refund and they said i had to wait so many days for main one group to respone. Google finally sent me an email saying they were not doing business with Main One Group (of course Christmas is over and they already stole everybodys money) and I would have to file a dispute with my bank.
I went to my bank (United Community Bank) and filed a dispute to try and get my money back and now they have charged me a $15.00 charge for the dispute and they told me I still might not get my money because I authrozied the charge even though i used credit on my ATM card and did not recieve the product. So if the bank does not give me my hard earned money back, they will have lost another customer.
