Similar situation happened to me, no product, no refund, no response. Nature’s Own Design (previously The Nature’s Company, wonder if they had to change name because they are scam artists) They are BSing that 99.999% of their customers are happy (if they have customers at all). I never received ANY product from the Nature Company and had they been responsive to my calls, this could have been handled in a much more professional manner. I suppose I am one of the fortunate few who has never had an issue such as this with a company. We live in a very rural area and order most of our gifts, clothing, electronics, etc., online.
Just wanted to set the record straight that while I did finally receive the refund, there were NO PRODUCTS received. However, my thanks to The Nature Company for at least refunding my money.

No the state had nothing to do our refund with this case we refunded the customer in full even though the customer has some product for free that was shipped we apologize for any inconvenience on your part we ship thousands of orders a year with 99.999% of them very happy sorry we are human and things can go wrong as they do in everyone's life again sorry

Today (January 4, 2012), I received an email from PayPal stating that my money has been refunded. It's been seven months but I never gave up. As a matter of fact, I filed a complaint with the State of Wisconsin's Consumer Protection folks and according to the letter I received from them, they requested that the Nature Company respond to their inquiry. That was about a month ago.
The message from The Nature Company indicated that my order had been lost and "rediscovered" when they were working on their taxes. My guess is that getting the state involved lit a fire under them.
I'll still not order from them EVER AGAIN and would not recommend them to anyone. Seven months to get a refund and not even a "gee, we're really sorry about this" to be had.
