The Party Rider NYC Party Rider They are liars and con artist!! Horrible customer service once they have your money!! Internet
I was booking my 21st birthday party with the company and the buses looked great and the prices were even better. Before giving them my down payment the guy by the name of jasun told me that I could come see the buses and if I did not like them he would refund me my deposit back. After a couple days I decided to read some reviews on the company and I saw not one good review and I could not understand why. I was a little nervous now because I gave them my money I called the company and told them what I saw and asked could they give me personal pictures of the bus so that I could see instead of driving three hours from Philadelphia to NY. They told me it would not be a problem long story short they never called me back every time I called they gave me the run around. At this point i trusted the reviews and told them I wanted my money back they agreed to pay me my money back between 7-10 business days they have yet to give me my money back its been almost a month! Every time I call they have a different excuse and tell me they will call back when the manager comes in (Dee Dee). Dee Dee has never called me back and so i took things to the next level and called my bank. Whoever is considering using this company PLEASE DONT!! Trust these reviews this company is out to collect money any way possible they need to be sued! Watch out for Jasun, Evette, Dee Dee!! (If those are real names)
