The Reservation Company - Lake Buena Vista ripoff Internet
The company highy mislead me, telling me that I could cancel anytime with no Penalty. They charged me $30.00 to cancel my reservation. I tried to cancel they did not acknowledge my email at all, for days. I called them twice at the hotel where I made the reservation. The hotel says to email them. I did. They did not respond to my email, or acknowledge my wanting to cancel.
I then called them direct and the sales person was rude and uncaring, and talked back on the phone. I don't care was his attitude. I tried explaining to him that I was told by his receptionist I could cancel he stated we don't have a receptionist when you called etc.
Denial was his attitude, and they put me in the position where I could not cancel my reservation, because they would not acknowledge me by email, that I wanted to cancel, and when I did call them they treated me like I was a Liar and never sent the email which I can prove I did, I printed it out that same day days before.
They are sneaky, Uncaring, cold and do not care about their customers. Please be AWARE !!! of these kind of companies that do business on the Internet by making a Reservation, then not letting you Cancel it.
