I want to be clear and concise and to the point. I was a potential customer of this company, and i noticed he listed his expensive product on ebay. Ebay is an auction site, which features daily deals, and auctions with various prices, it is not a regular online retailer with set prices. Negotiation or asking for a possible better price is expected. This company took offense to me asking if he could give a better price on his product on EBAY, I did not contact his regular website where the price is set, I reached out to his ebay store.

Instead of acting as a professional business owner, he came at me in an immature rude manner. He was offended that i asked for a potential discount of 6.00 less then what the item sold for at auction. He also suggested that I look at one his competitors product, buy their product, and when I am done wasting my time, to come back and buy his product. I am a sales professional with over 10 years sales and customer service experience, and instead of pointing out why his product commanded its value, he suggested I go waste my money elsewhere and then come back begging to him.

I told him that I had read about his company on ripoffreport.com and I was going to share this experience, he came at me and accused me of having "hurt feelings" and that he was adding me to his "Hate Mail" section, so him and his buddies can get their jollies off trying to degrade any potential complainers against coming forward. That is cyber bullying in it truest form, and not customer service of any kind. This is all stuff that was in previous postings from other consumers who also dealt with this company.

I have the conversation screenshot, and have proof of what transpired. I am not making this up.  This is not how you treat potential customers or run a business. I am advising any potential customers to read my report as a forewarning as to what you may be dealing with should you have an issue, this may be the best product out there, i do not know, since his attitude dissuaded me from purchasing it. Any company that treats you in a disrespectful manner prior to purchasing is a warning sign not to do business with them. I am also predicting, as what previous posts indicated or his previous rebuttals, who is going to respond saying I am some crazy person, and That i dont know anything about his product since I did not purchase it, I am not complaining about the product,

I am complaining about the customer service, the attitude, his disparaging his competitors product, the cyber bullying tactics, and the overall unpleasant experience I had simply asking him on ebay if that was the best price he could do. His rebuttal can say anything, I have proof of what transpired, and would be willing to share with any consumer advocacy organization what happened the day i contacted him. Any potential customers please take the time to read that there are multiple instances of this type of behavior, buy the product if you are the consumer who never has issues with any transaction, but beware if you have to reach out for customer service, you may not like what you receive.

Umm...He's Not Even a Customer.

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

OK, correct me if I'm , I can basically go on rip off report and slander anyone I wish without any fear of repercussions?

1. "Negotiation or asking for a possible better price is expected. This company took offense to me asking if he could give a better price on his product on EBAY,"

This guy is great, he contacted us and offered us something ridiculous for items that weren't even being offered on ebay. If he wanted to make a low ball bid, he could have...on ebay with the rest of the world on the items being offered.

2. " Instead of acting as a professional business owner, he came at me in an immature rude manner. He was offended that i asked for a potential discount of 6.00 less then what the item sold for at auction."

Like I said, he made an offer for other items that were not for auction on ebay. Now he's not just annoying, he's an annoying Liar. (Big L, small i, small a, small r, period)

3. "He also suggested that I look at one his competitors product, buy their product, and when I am done wasting my time, to come back and buy his product."

So not being able to satisfy him, I sent him to one of my competitors. Is there anything wrong with this?

4. "instead of pointing out why his product commanded its value, he suggested I go waste my money elsewhere and then come back begging to him."

Why should he take my word for it when he can do a comparative analysis for himself?

5. "I told him that I had read about his company on ripoffreport.com and I was going to share this experience, he came at me and accused me of  having "hurt feelings""

I was right.

6. "and that he was adding me to his "Hate Mail" section, so him and his buddies can get their jollies off trying to degrade any potential complainers against coming forward."

Look, if you have a legitimate issue and valid points, I have a forum where you can state your opinion and you will be unedited. As for my "buddies" there are about 650 to 700 people actively posting on the forum and I think I personally know 4 or 5 of them. Hate mail is for people to air their issues with me or my company. Where else or who else does that? "Degrade you?!?!" how is that possible? You don't even have to use your own name. Your shame lies in the fact that you're truly embarrassed and don't know how to properly handle your emotions.

7. "That is cyber bullying in it truest form, and not customer service of any kind."

No it's not...
"Cyberbullying" is when a child, preteen or teen is tormented, threatened, harassed, humiliated, embarrassed or otherwise targeted by another child, preteen or teen using the Internet, interactive and digital technologies or mobile phones. It has to have a minor on both sides, or at least have been instigated by a minor against another minor. Once adults become involved, it is plain and simple cyber-harassment or cyberstalking. Adult cyber-harassment or cyberstalking is NEVER called cyberbullying."

This is from the international crime prevention council (http://www.stopcyberbullying.org/what_is_cyberbullying_exactly.html) a simple google search would have put you in touch with that.

It's not cyber bullying, it's cyber harassment "cyberstalking and cyberharassment were defined differently. Now cyberstalking and cyberharassment are lumped together along with any way adults use digital technology to torment, harass, intentionally annoy or set their victims up for attacks by unwitting third parties (like hate groups and violent individuals).

Now since I don't use your real name or email address this can't be classified as such. Now you on the other hand, posting hearsay in forums like rip off report using my name and company are putting yourself in an actionable position. :)

Like I said before, he asked to purchase non-ebay items at a discount. If you really want to see what transpired, it is posted here: http://theselfdefenseco.madmooseforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=1172

...on Hate Mail.

Does it sound like he's being ripped off.

Yes, were talking about ebay, he didn't pay a dime for anything my company offers and Rip Off Report published it.
