The Social Media People is also Net66 Web Services Ltd.
There is no doubt that Tom McVey runs his business dishonestly.
There MAY be satisfied customers - but there are far too many cheated customers who have been lied to and harassed for anyone to believe they don't have a strong case to answer.
The company has been caught out posting supportive comment whilst writing under false identities and/or hi-jacking genuine customer's details (E-Customer Satisfaction). They are willing to sink very, very low with underhand tactics to progress the dishonest business.
Genuine but aggrieved customers have expressed their views on many forums. If you search on Google etc. for 'Net66', or 'The Social Media People', you'll probably find some sources; but consult GrumbleText, or E-Customer Satisfaction, or WhatConsumer you'll be sure to find copious well documented criticism.
The Advertising Standards Authority (UK) has published results of investigations which revealed the company's willingness to also decieve viewers of its website.
