The Vertical Blind Factory, Mr. Richard Keith Forgery. Shoddy,cheap work. violated pledge. Denied my right to free in-home service. Impersonated an interior decorator. ignored me. Wilmington, Delaware
Mr. Richard Keith, Owner, Blind Factory:
1. Had installed in my home, damaged, cheap, wrong styled window valances-cost $3,524.16. - Two rooms.
2.His salesclerk, impersonated an Interior Decorator, and it was verified that she grossly overchared me.
3. Made absolutely no attempt to resolve the issues, violated his pledge to guarantee his work, denied me the free 90 day in-home service, ignored my certified letter pleading for a resolution, ignored my numerous telephone calls.
4. An important form/document was prepared by The Blind Factory, back-dated, and MY SIGNATURE FORGED. Police investigation pending.
