I personally saw this doll before it was shipped (I am a friend of the family). It was just as Teresa stated in the description. The pictures are a good representation of the doll. Maybe it was damaged in shipping????????? The buyer protection program through ebay stood behind Teresa because Diane has done this to several people before. She will get an item from someone and make a claim against them that is false so that she can make money. Teresa has personally spoken to some of these people. So, if you go to google and type in Teresa's name it comes up with a message that pretty much states she is a fraud (which I believe is slander)and links to Diane's untrue account of the story. It gives out Teresa's home address and home phone number. Why not Diane's? Teresa is an honest person and has a great history with ebay.
