$27.72 charge from Allianz Global Assistance for insurance protection through TicketMaster purchase.
Never selected, nor ever noticed an opt-in or opt-out on pre-sales page, or during payment. After finding charge on credit card statement, I've repeated the purchase transaction steps to validate - nowhere do i see an "Insurance" option.
Invoice from Allianz has a link to FAQ. Says you can cancel, and to view Terms and Conditions. Clicking Terms and Conditions, and entering Washington state, I get a popup, "We apologize for the inconvenience but this travel insurance plan is not available in your state. Please contact us for more information."
So what? I was charged for something I didn't opt in for, and it's not even sold in the state where I live?
