I ordered something from Tico about 4 months ago . After not receiving it after about 3 weeks, I called them . They told me it was on back order, and they would be getting it in on Friday and shipping it out. Never received it .

THIS BUYER HAS SPENT SO MUCH TIME FILING AND HARRASING OUR COMPANY THA TIS UNBELIVABLE. I THINK SHE SHOULD SEEK MEDICAL HELP. 1) WE EXPLAINED TO BUYER THA THE ITEM WAS IN OUR WEBSITE BUT IT WAS BACKORDER 2) THEN WE TOLD HER WE DID NOT HAD THE PRODCUT 3) THSIS BUYER GOT HISTERICAL AND WANTED AND DEMANDED THE ITEM 4) THIS BUYER WAS GIVEN FULL REFUND AT THE TIME OF CANCELATION SHE WANTED A COW SET SO BAD THAT SHE GOT FRUSTRATED IT TAKES SO MUCH TIME AN ENERGY FOR SOMEBODY TO BE CALLING SO MANY TIEMS TO OUR COMANY AND HARRASING US THAT WE ARE AFRAID OF CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS. WE HAVE A 99% EXCELLENT REPUTATION WITH EBAY, AMAZON AND OTHER COMPANY'S THAT WE DO NOT HAVE TIME TO DEAL WITH BUYERS LIKE THIS, IS EMBARRASING HAVING TO ANSWER THIS WE ARE A GOOD COMPANY WE ARE REGISTER WITH MANY OTHER COMPANY'S AND NEVER HAD A COMPLAIN TO DEBBIE: YOU HAVE SPENT OVER 1 MONTH HARRASING OUR COMPANY FIND A LIFE" DO SOMETHING GOOD" STOP CALLING US, STOP SENDING US EMAIL PLEASE " YOU GOT YOUR MONEY STAY AWAY FROM OUR COMPANY" WE ARE A SERIUOS COMPANY DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR YOUR EMAILS . I TOLD YOU " WE DO NOT HAVE THE DINNER SET" WE DO NOT HAVE THE COW SET" NO MORE!!!! STOP SENDING US AND CALLING US!!! YOU REALLY NEED TO SEEK HELP FOR YOUR PROBLEMS ANYBODY THAT WISH TO CALL US LET US KNOW. THANKS
