I used to buy a lot of parts, software and supplies from Tiger Direct. Their prices are usualy good, but their customer service sucks. They are often uneducated, arrogant and just plain stupid. I purchased a computer from them and it did not work properly from day 1. I spent dozens of hours on with their lame tech. support. I told them the problem was with the motherboard, but they insisted it was something else. After trying verything they asked me to, they finally sent me a new motherboard. Fortunatley, I am a computer tech., so I was able to install it. If an average person attempted what they aske me to do, they most likely would not be able to do so. Good customer service is almost impossible to find!
