I paid $997 for a real estate instruction program on Oct 29, 2010 with the understanding that I would get my money back if I don't make at least $12,000 in real estate within 12 months. As it turned out, I did not make a single penny in real estate. Therefore, I requested a full refund. Tim Mai and his company are refusing to honor the money back guarantee.
