Timepieces International Timepieces International Will I receive my exchange or not? Fort Lauderdale Florida
I ordered a watch and ring from Timepieces International from a magazine that my husband brought home. The jewelry was beautiful and at a good price. The sale was buy one get the second item free, which was terrific.
The trouble started when I completed the order off the internet.
I got an order # but there was no way to check on the order off their web site. So, after 2 weeks and nothing, I called. They claim to be in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, but guess what? I got London, England. They said the watch was on back order and it would be sent out on the 12nd of July.
That day came and went, and no order.
I called again and they said it would be sent out the next week.
Well, it finally came. A beautiful watch and a ring, that was ordered.
Of course the ring had to be sent back to exchange the size. So this circus started all over again. I sent the ring back and am still awaiting a replacement. I have been waiting and calling - getting the stall tactic from them - for two weeks now.
Please, if you want to get a beautiful watch or ring, order from a reputable company, not these goofs!
