Hello, My name is Latricia, I purchased a car from tinpusher in march of this year 2015! I was referred to the dealership by a gentleman named reggie, being familiar with bunnell fl and the car lots their I was not interested, but I wasnt familiar with Tinpusher because they had just recently set up their lot, reggie informed them of the car I was looking for and alerted them that I had 2000.00 cash at the time, I was not in a hurry to purchase a vehicle, me and my small far were getting by fine until reggie came along! They began to ring my phone endlessly to come and check out their lot, within only a few days of me speaking to reggie they had found my car! But, they did No! Previous inspection on the vehicle before trying to sell it to me, I alerted them off all of my concerns with the vehicle beforehand and after and this is where it gets tricky, Darryl (owner) constantly reassured me and my husband who also looked at the car he would make sure all my issues would be addressed and fixed with the car! I alerted darryl of possible tranny problems, o2 sensor concerns, and brake issues, but as soon as we gave them our 2000.00 down after meeting my children 5 and 7 and my husband, things changed! Darryl began to never seem to be there when he said he would, it took a month to get just the part for my o2 sensor and my other concerns began to aggitate them! I actually put the o2 sensor in myself, bc of their unorganization, and constant bad communication amongst each other at the dealership! It began to not only be a downward spiral with Darryl(owner), but all of his leading employees where never there, they always had something going on with their personal lives that was interfering with business! They were constantly misplacing customer files and overloaded with sales of more junk cars! I got tired of broken promises and just stopped going to the dealership out of dissatisfaction! And 7 mos later that tranny I alerted them of failed!

I kept up my payments all on time, I took the absolute best care on my end of my vehicle and kept up insurance only to see what I thought would be a blessing to my family is now a beautiful broker car, I alerted them to hear tonya(receptionist) say, its been 7mos I dont know what u expect darryl to do! 1st call and 2nd call oh! Hes not here! And we dont know when he will be! She was very unempathetic the second time I called! Had they stuck to their word I would still be driving! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM TINPUSHER!!! IT WILL TURN SOUR IN THE END!.... I dont trust their business, this has happened to ample amounts of customers! Bc it keeps happening please be wise and take my advice, no matter how beautiful the car may be on the outside! They dont service the vehicles, they are unorganized, unprofessional and full of money grinns! Take it from me, your family doesn't need this headache. I will continue to make my payments and fix my car on my own! I hope this helps someone save their money...

I am sorry I must have failed to mention the 30 day warranty I was given, and vocally promised in front of myself and my Husband by the owner Darryl! and within that 30 days my concerns were completely unhandled, and miscommunicated amongst employees, overlooked, and never addressed, yes we purchased a car with problems that I later discovered within the first 3 days! and as a result of the dealerships miscommunication and lack of employees on staff, due to their personal life situations my car was never addressed! So yes my car is still required to be fixed by them, bc they never addressed my issues to began with! In fact they had to pay me back for my servicing the vehicles transmission and they did! Now ask yourself this?? why would a company that sold someone a car as is! Feel the need to pay that individual back! Easy! Bc some type of warranty was discussed and it was promised! My tranny, my 02 sensor, and my brakes were promised to be addressed! And that they would service the vehicle and all the issues within 30 days! I flushed my tranny on the 3rd day I owned it!! Because I drove it to Daytona and was worried about the tranny! Darryl(owner) was alerted immediately and requested I go to the nearest shop to have my car serviced and I did, I later met with him that day again! And my transmission was discussed again! And he promised again they would ha e their mechanic, who they do not have, and lied about fix it! Thats why they gave me the run around! I found that out later! My other concerns were never addressed, they began to give me the run around bc they were unable to assist me or any other customers at the time, they were scamming customers! Making broken promises! To get our money down! I bought the car bc it was what I wanted! Period! Any more questions:) please know I am just warning others and they can visit the dealership for themselves to see the truth behind my claims!

Your report says nothing about a warranty or warranty dispute.  Therefore, one must conclude you bought this car "AS IS" and in Florida the dealer is required to have you sign a DISCLOSURE STATEMENT which tells you its an "AS IS" sale and your signature shows you understand "AS IS" means any repairs are on you.

Secondly, you indicated in your report, you discovered certain problems with the car including the transmission.

Please tell us why you decided to buy a car with KNOWN PROBLEMS as part as an "AS IS" sale!  All of us here are very interested in knowing what "wisdom" you applied to move forward with this purchase!
