I understand in such a thing as free speech. I also believe that such rights can be abused. We have acted with due diligence and fairness. The buyer seems to have some misunderstanding. We are located in Canada and ship our own inventory. All our info is available on ebay ME page...and website ABOUT pages. Customer provided wrong address in paypal. (old address not yet updated). Shipping department fulfilled based on address verified in paypal. Delivery confirmation number and shipping date notified promptly. Customer meanwhile emails alternate address. However..package shipped to verfied paypal address. (in accordance with ebay rules). I would also like to state...this customer seems to have some emotional issues. In our many years of online sevice..we have never dealt with such an off the wall abusive reaction. While our customer service team was consistently clear and polite....the buyer has sent emails (sometimes several a day) to wish cancerous death upon our parents and children and to make rediculous comments about sexual orientation etc. She even called our service line to swear and rant. We saved copies of these vile abusive emails. As explained repeatedly to the customer...we shipped to the address you provided. There is USPS delivery confirmation number. Your mail forward system will send it....or it will be returned to us. This is all just due course due to a customers mistake. I am happy to report...the Package has been returned to our office non deliverable. Customer has received refund via paypal. (paypal transaction ID is available). We are are a solid and honest company...and our desire is to fulfill every order with 100% satisfaction. But...in the world..you can't please all the people all the time. We have 99.8% perfect feedback rating with approx. 37,000 customer testimonials. That pretty much speaks for itself.
