Tire Kingdom Did Service that was not asked doing damage to tires and refused to resolve the issue Palm Bay, Florida
I took my vehicle in for front brakes, after completing the front brakes the tech mis-read the work order and sent the truck to the alignment rack ... I asked why my vehicle was on the alignment rack at which time they realized their mistake. They immediately remove the vehicle and sent me on my way.
Well the joke was on me apparently the tech started the alignment in some way and caused a perfectly good alignment to shred the inside of both brand new front tires.
When confronted with the situation Tire Kingdom felt they had did me a favor by giving me a 'free alignment'. REALLY, a free alignment that shreds your tires in 5,000 miles ... no thanks i would prefer to pay for an alignment that actuallyu does the job of saving the tires not wrecking them.
After many attempt to resolve this issue with no success I started http://tirekingdom.us/ and https://www.facebook.com/pages/Tire-Kingdom-Reviews/165971293502860 to allow other to share their stories.

Due to problems with Tire Kingdom on Wickham/Melbourne, and after getting nil help from corporate, I dropped the matter. A few months later due to problems with wheel alighnment, I went to the Indialantic Store and they confirmed that nothing was done on the alighnment, as a matter of fact the bolts were frozen and no way did they do any work.
Again I spoke to corporate, talked to manager of Wickham store, and they offered money back plus 4 tires since they lied to me about the condition of my tires (dangerous, life threatening, etc). If you can get another store to agree with you than you have a better argument with them. Also use local Google and Yelp for reviews and provide your own critique, I did.
