Fell for their "We're from MIcrosoft" spiel and let them "clean" my hard drive. Paid by credit card for services I do never needed. I succeeded in getting a refund of $300 from ORION PAYMENT SOLUTIONS (their 'clearing house like Pay Pal)  after complaining that I had not received the "sevice" I'd paid for but oculd not retrieve the $298.00 - paid $598 in all for "Service and Virus Blocking services".  

They telephone (Indian accents, background noise of other voices and etc.) several times a week. I have said "Never call me!" still they call using a different number each time. THe last deeply accented fellow said his name is Michael Williams. THey seem harmless pests, simply selling stupid things, representing themselves as "microsoft" Tach support. I cancelled my credit card - they have my old passwords. old credit card number but nothing more than being bilked of $298 and the constant calls has happened.
