Order placed online November 30, 2011 with Tobacco General. Received email with approval code, shipping details, i.e. same date. Approximately 10 days later, December 9, 2011, received an email from Tobacco General indicating cancellation of order - by them !!!! Discussions with them (via phone) indicted they were not honoring the order. They never answered my email inquires. As I see it, Tobacco General, and its website, are committing fraud and deception. In the old days, this was called "bait and switch".
