as like most people on here i ordered a transmission from toms river transmission i looked on the internet for a transmission and it seemed like he offerd the best deal for the upgrades and stuff and the price was decent so I called him on the phone and he was very nice the first time we spoke he told me he could ship the trans to me with-in seven days after the check cleared the bank. so I said ok dun deal i sent him a echeck as he reqested and the check cleared my bank about five minutes after i sent it it did not take 3 days but whatever.

so i waited about a week and a half no word from him so i had my wife email him and asked what the status was and he emailed back and said just waiting on electronics and torque converter to show up a couple of more days so i waited again another week went by still no word about my transmission so i called him on the phone he said they were getting ready to ship it to me and found a crack in the case so he had to order another case for me he said it will be a few more days ok so i waited again an entire week still no word so i emailed him again when will you ship my transmission he emailed back and said friday so i waited again friday came and went still no word on when the trans will be shipped so over the weekend i googled this transmission shop and o my god i have never seen so many complaints about someone  before and them still being in business they need to shut this crook down so i decided i was tired of getting jerked around by this guy so i called him on the phone and told him i wanted a refund and he was very short and rude with me he said send him a email so i sent him a email and told him i wanted a full refund because he could not produce the transmission in a timely manner i also sent him a certified letter saying the same thing i have not heard a word from him i called my bank and they're doing a investigation but as of now no word so once again I'm waiting i just need my car fixed this is not right

YOU CAN END THIS REALL EASY IF YOU JUST GO TO A WELLS FARGO BANK AND PUT MY MONEY BACK IN MY ACC OR I WILL START A S*** STORM LIKE YOU HAVE NEVER SEEN BEFORE you have till tuesday morning or i will take any action i can to get my money back includeing having you thrown in jail for fraud hope you have a great day

With over 3000 rebuilt transmissions delivered, a few unsatified customers dating back 10 years, only verifies how we strive to build the best transmission possible. Its a shame we can not be 100 % perfect, but do do try to resolve all issues a customer may have.
