Tonya Joseph Seymour Dachshunds Tonya Joseph was advertising German Shepherd puppies to be AKC registered and they were not Seymour Indiana
Tonya Joseph placed an ad on the German Shepherd puppies and training site for AKC puppies for sale. I contacted her wanting a female from the litter she was advertising. I was told if I put a deposit on the pup I would have pick of a female. I was to choose one at 6 weeks of age which I did. I sent her a deposit of $200 through Paypal as she instructed. Through another person on the puppy site I found out the pups were not AKC registered which she advertised to be. I contacted her at this time and asked for my deposit back. She said the deposit was non refundable.
