Beware of this tenant. She has two eviction records in one year. She never paid her rent on time and gave about every excuse in the world on why she couldn't pay on time. She even had the gumption to ask me to hold off the sheriff that was evicting her because she spent all her money and her new place would not be ready. Take a look at www.cclerk.hctx.net. Look up case record online, civil courts and put her name in as a defendant.
