Mrs Parks compromised our family for the sake of her own commission. She was recommended to us by a friend that we trusted, but they only knew her from a personal relationship. When it came down to it, she was very emotional and let her need for money interfere with giving us the best advice.
She later pointed fingers at every other party in the transaction, including the seller, seller's agent, and title company. She even blamed the lender, our friend.
We lost thousands of dollars in expenses because we trusted her advice and didn't listen to others that gave us better advice in hind site.

I sell flooring as my livelyhood which puts me in front of people whom, from time to time, need a realtor. After using Mrs. Parks to sell my own home I have recommened her to over 20 people that bought floors from me that subsiquently used her to represent their homes for sale. Out of the 20 people I sent her way...not one person has been dissatified. In fact I have gained many more clients just because Mrs. Parks professionalism and aggasive selling nature, without comprimising integrity or dropping price just to get "a quick commision" like other realtors I have dealt with..
I first met Mrs. Parks when I was selling my personal home.I have no problem disclosing my sold home address nor any details pertaining to the sale of the home including the massive profit I made. She was straight forward about what she offered and did not provide any fales promises. In fact she was clear from day one that her method was not to simply drop the price to make a fast sale but in fact was to optimize all options to get the best for all parties involved. Mrs. Parks has truly been my go to person as a referal in the realtor word even though I have over 30 other realtors I know and deal with on a day to day basis. I have had over 2 years eperiance dealing with Mrs. Parks and I have never been let down once.
Again, I am happy to provide any information to any person(s) about any facts pertaining to my own home sale.
