Internet Customer Freaks Out on an Email Rampage!

Colleen, As we've said in the numerous replys we've sent you, your order was shipped mere days after you placed it. You were kind enough to wait a day after our response telling you the order was on its way and out of our hands before you "mail bombed" us with 40 emails all asking the same thing. You should know that this sort of childish behavior will not illicit helpfulness from anyone else that you have dealings with. Nonetheless, we responded fairly and professionally. You then decided to embark upon this unfortunate behavior 3 more times. Your email attacks got so bad, I had to have our server technicians block your email address so we can recieve email from other customers. We charged your credit card for your order after it shipped, complying with Visa and Mastercard regulations. Had we charged it before, that would have been illegal. We also explained that the Realistic c**k 8" you ordered was coming from Canada and had to clear US customs. Did you also send them 50 emails per day asking why they hadn't cleared it yet? Anyway, I'm sure you've had your toy now for months and have had many happy uses. Remeber to stay calm! We're out to satisfy our customers! You need to understand that when we tell you an order has left our warehouse, that's all we can do for you because we are not UPS nor are we USPS. Your email bombing was not welcome, and did nothing to get your package faster. Sorry you had a bad experience, hope you had better experiences with what you ordered. PS: we did reply within 24 hours to your messages, I have the emails right here. 24 hours is one day. If you send a message at 1:00pm, we have until 1:00pm the next day (24 hours later) to answer. Some people shorten this to 12 or even 6 hours and start getting upset.
