On August 29, 2018 I placed an order for a Bentgo lunch box, which I found from doing a simple Google Search. I received a confirmation email, with a link to "View My Order" to check on shipping., and the $12.95 was immediately debited from my account (showing up as  SUNGLASES79 DBT CRD 1912 08/29/18 74000003 SEVILLA). I kept checking back to see about shipping and emailed the company three times over the following week to check on shipping but never received a response. There were two emails provided: [email protected] and topeflex <[email protected]via shopify.com)

I just went to the original confirmation email to check again, and when I clicked on the link to Check On Order, the website does not exist any more. (I get an error message that the server and website cannot be found.)
