Bank of America referred me to the phone number for: Lt. X - Noble Learning Systems - Top Secret Training. - after 20 minutes on hold (and this is NOT an 800 number) I gave up to try again later. Same experience - different day!
BE CAREFUL . . . Don't use a credit card you are unwilling to cancel! That is the only way to stop these people!
