WWW.TOPWHOLESALESHOP.COM IS A RIP OFF SCAM



BELOW IS AN EMAIL I SENT TO THEM REQUESTING ANSWERS TO MY PROBLEMS.



I tried to ring earlier because there are some things which I must do in order to run my business as best I can.  There are several things which I need from topwholesaleshop.com today as a matter of importance.  I hope this can be arranged within a reasonable timescale if possible.
 
Urgent items
 
1.  The SEO needs to be completed today and then I would like to test it on google. 
 
2.  I want to know how much money Im making on every product item in my site in order to be sucessful.  For example, I need to know how much I pay for laptops as on my site Im selling one for 138.  I need this information today please.  The laptops listed for example on my site are not all on your site.  I need to check the prices as soon as possible. 
 
Not so urgent.. but still needs sorting out.
 
3.  I need my sites colour changed from red to blue, and also the wording in the nav bar needs to be white.
 
4.  My contact details on my website are not changing when I edit them, could your designer look at that for me.  Also, the 613shop site is not sending me emails.
 
5.  There are items on my site which are not found in your catologue online when I search for it.  How do I order those items if they are not listed there on topwholesaleshop?
 
 
Please answer all the above questions 1-5 and get back to me with this please.  I would really appreciate it.  I have shop owners wishing to do business.  So, I hope you can help as my appointment is at 4pm.  thanks

So, basically, that was the main problem, but I cant run my business when he goes on holiday.  If Im a franchise partner, i should have full access to the company, but I dont.  I cant order anything and I cant see how much Im making on the products. The SEO was not done in 48 hours, infact a week later and nothing.

I require genuine branded goods, nokia, samsung, sony etc... but only one china iphone. 
 
Im really disappointed, I thought I was going to make some money.  What garuntee do I have that if I pay you, 3000, that Im going to get the delivery?  As so far, Topwholesaleshop have not delivered anything to me on time.  My site is incomplete and cannot be updated properly.  My SEO is not done, and I have no price lists.  The prices may change, but they dont change the price list every day.  Id like the full price lists which are up to date and in line with wholesale price expectations and as a dropshipper, I should have access to these prices in order to know my mark up. 
 
Please, let us do business and make some money. If you are serious, you will take this up urgently and complete it. 
 
I want all the following sorted by Tuesday the 4th of May please. 
 
1.  SEO needs to be completed urgently as Ive paid 200 for this.  I ask that this should be done by Tuesday before 5pm as the 48hrs timescale given would have been far exceeded.  It should have been ready when my site was supposed to be completed, but it wasn't.
 
SEO must be completed as soon as possible.  Please complete it as I have paid for it by Tuesday 4th of May.
 
2.  Full price lists of all my products on my site. Mobiles, laptops, tv's... everything.  I want that as soon as possible.  The list you sent me was out of date, incomplete and it did not match your site prices.  The products on that list were expensive for some old model mobiles and more expensive than your site even on some of them.  On your site, basic phones are more expensive than retail.  This is not wholesale mate.
 
Therefore, I would like the up to date wholesale price list please. urgently. No excuses and by Tuesday 4th of May.
 
 
3.  A quote on all the products Ive given you by Tuesday lunchtime and at wholsale prices, not cheap or expensive retail prices. I joined for cheap wholesale prices not retail prices.  I can get some phones that you list cheaper in tescos than from you. Thats because you lied to me.  PS3s are not 132 and nokia 5800's are not 66, but 78. that means your example prices are out of date. Phones dont go up in price with age, they go down in price as new phones come out. That means, something is not right here and you lied to me.
 
Therefore, I would like a quote for all the products I showed you on my order which are at wholesale prices by email and by Tuesday 4th of May, no excuses so that I may present that to my customer who has been waiting since Friday.
 
If you wish to continue to do business with me, I suggest you think about your motives and business operations.  I want to make money, and do serious business, but if you want to play the gangster with me, we can arrange that.
 
If I don't have any of this by the time the end of Tuesday's close of business comes, I will not listen to reason or promises  because so far, you have not kept any.
 
Firstly, I will request that you return to me my investment of 333.  If I do not get that back via a request, which I know I won't,  Then I shall take it from you.
 
That is because youve said so much but delivered nothing and I will not wait another day.  MIB shall be round to collect it, by persuasion if need be.  That will be the 333 you ripped me off with, plus inconvieniance money.  I have alot of family down the south west, so it wont be a hassle for me to arrange a nice cup of tea for you all.  If you are not located at that address, I will employ someone to find you as a matter of principle.  I will never let it rest.  That is my promise to you.  I dont care who you are. Nobody steals from us.
 
I carry out everything I say I will do.  If you have a problem with that, you know where I live.

You didn't buy goods , You paid for a service. In the terms and conditions on the site it say's you have seven days to send us a letter saying why your not happy with the service.



In the terms and conditions it say's

In the unlikely event that you receive goods or services which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, TopWholesaleShop.com shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify TopWholesaleShop.com of the problem in writing at the address stated in the Contact us Section within 5 working days of delivery of the goods or services. NOTHING IN THIS CLAUSE AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.



We have done everything as stated. And just because you could not get hold of us in the last couple of days due to bank holiday you sent us a very rude and uncalled for e-mail

The simple fact is, they have not done everything.



the SEO is incomplete.



I cannot sell any of my items because they are cheaper on my site than his, he set the prices, I cant change them.



The website doesn't work for the administrator as it should.



There are no up to date price lists available. There is no list to tell you what your mark up is for each product. 



The staff are never there to answer your calls.



The "24hr" premium rate number on the site is dead, not in existance. try it yourself 09076960053 you can see it on the contact us section of topwholesaleshop.com



The prices example on their site is misleading. A nokia 5800 is an amazing 66 to tempt you to join, but when you do join, its 105.  Then they say you need a promo code to get a discount, but it brings it down to normall retail prices as most of his prices are above retail. A PS3 is 132 on the example prices before you join, but when you join, its 170, with no games, which is more than retail, ie argos.  Even argos will give you a game included. so how does one make money?? you cant.

The SEO on this customers site is completed to a high standard. The SEO was completed by a person called '' SONNY POOLE '' Which is a very well respected person in the wholesale forums. When having your site optimised for google.com it does take time for google.com to visit the site and rank your pages. To learn more about SEO and how it can benefit you please read :

We offer a 7 days money back if anyone is not happy with the service. We have spoken to this customer twice at 10.30 PM and we have now got this issue fixed and cleared up.
 
We have even talked with this customer and showed items which are on eBay.com at the moment which we can supply at around 60% Less.
 
Anything within the site admin can be changed the prices and photos and contact details. This customer has there own '' account manager '' and if anyone needs support we have skype.com or land line which you can reach us on.
 
 
The prices are not misleading at all, All members use a discount code and that will bring the total prices down to wholesale level.

UPDATE


Concerning yesterdays post about topwholesaleshop.com the following result has taken place;

1. James Marnley rang me up today to offer a refund and said that he would be willing to help and that he was sorry for any trouble caused to my business.

2. James Marnley was also very apolegetic about the website not being completed on time and he gave me the contact details for the man responsible for that department. My website has been partly updated, but there are still issues which are hopefully soon to be resolved.

3. James Marnley agreed a callback this evening at 2030 to discuss how he could help my business further and provided me with products to sell, which will sell well. I can verify that they do as I have seen the hits and sales per item which is looking exciting. 613shop.com

4. Overall, James was helpful and he seemed to genuinely care about the situation. His concern was appreciated and I have accepted his solution to our dispute, which is reasonable.

If however, James does not do what he says he will do, then I will take the appropiate action needed, but I am confident that will not be necessary and we will have many years doing business together.

 IN RESPECT OF OUR DISPUTE, IT WAS JUST A LACK OF UNDERSTANDING OF TERMS AS THEY WERE AWAY ON HOLIDAY OVER THE BANK HOLIDAY PERIOD. I DIDNT REALISE THEY SHUT DURING THAT TIME.

TOPWHOLESALE SHOP DID OFFER A REFUND BUT ALSO OFFERED GOOD A SOLUTION TO STAY IN BUSINESS WHICH I AM CURRENTLY HAPPY WITH.

AS LONG AS THIS CONTINUES, I SHALL BE HAPPY TO STAY IN A BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP AS A FRANCHISEE WITH TOPWHOLESALESHOP.COM

A FREE WEBSITE UPGRADE HAS BEEN OFFERED IN GOOD WILL AND I HAVE REMOVED POSTS FROM OTHER SITES WHICH WERE OF THE SAME TONE AS MY PREVIOUS REPORT. 

I RECOMMEND OTHERS TO JOIN BECAUSE JAMES MARNLEY HAS BEEN VERY HELPFUL AND APOLOGETIC.
