On February 2007 I saw a TV show by Don Lapres Greatest Vitamin in the World program, and I decided to join the program on that day. The program functions by getting clients to purchase products which they buy thru a web site that was designed to fit my sales for the company in exchange for a commission of $1000 for every 20 new sales that I would bring to the company, everything would be tracked by the web site that they gave to me, they charged me $35 to set this up. One week later I received a call from the Greatest Vitamin in the World offering me some more programs that would benefit me to make more money, I would be able to receive $10 on each bottle of vitamin I would sell for up to $200 a month, plus I would receive $100 for each person that decide to subscribe themselves as independent advertisers, plus coaching and internet advertisings and many other types of benefits, which the company sent to me all in writing. To have all of that they asked me to pay certain amount that adding up would be everything for $6094 plus they offered me 90 days guarantee money back. 60 days later before the 90 days expiration period I called in and asked for my full refund, they said to me that they would extend my refund policy for 1 year from the date that I called so I would have more time to try the program and see how that program really works, and how much money I could make from it, so I accepted the offer and again they send me a letter stating that I could have my refund in one year period from that day , It was in April 2007. I decided to make some sells so I spoke to friends at church and they bought the vitamins when I reach up the 20 new sales they have not send me the checks claiming that those people have not paid with debit or credit card, although I had proofs that they did bought it with debit cards from their baking account, they continued telling me that I would not receive my money the total amount of $1200 that would be $1000 for the 20 new clients plus $200 for the 20 bottles sold to those clients, besides that I brought to the company 8 new Independent advertisers and I never received the payment for those either total amount of $800 that would be $100 each, this also happen in June 2007. After I had tried many times to talk to them and negotiate to have my refund and the money that they have from my work I had no success, at the end of August I tried to log on into the web page that they had designed for me when I realize that they were not functioning no more Mr. Don Lapre stated a note saying that the company had been sold to some other bigger company in California (but never revealed what company it was) and said many apologies, all the contact phone numbers to reach them were disconnected I had no way to talk to them, of course I was upset and very confused because I'm a mother of 2 and I need that money I put my hope and efforts in that company hopping that it would give me a satisfactory results as they promised. Now I'm out of the $6094 that they claimed to give that back to me if I was not completely satisfied plus the $2000 that they were suppose to pay me for the work I have done to them.'
