Anyone, anywhere (remember Surequote/Total Mortgage Protection was -and is still - marketing nation wide) who inquired to, or contacted, or contracted with either Surequote or Total Mortgage Protection AND feel Surequote/TMP mis-represented themselves, or their services in anyway please contact Investigator Todd Alridge at the Florida Department of Financial Services 1-561-640-6733. If you are a current or were a past employee of Surequote/TMP and would like to talk to Todd also, that would be fine too. Nick in Sun City

That line is from the Cohen Brothers movie "Brother Were Are't Thou?". The one character was telling another character what he was saying was gossip, but a fact none the less......... A few of you know the story about the "$5,000 weekly premium quota" email Rich got accidently from a Surequote employee. After much delibiration, conjecture, guessing, and recycling it all through a truth-o-meter we decided to keep our idea's to our selves. But, some of my fellow screwee's think it's just too good to keep to ourselves so..... I've got the email, and I'm posting it; You make up your own mind. This came on 21 January '08 when we couldn't connect because the dialer was down again (4 straight days this time), Surequote hadn't any leads for weeks because the phones were down (read: "not working for some unexplained reason"), and they were still telling us that Feb 1 '08 was the kickoff for "more than we can handle" (thanks Andrew) super fresh leads (up 'till then they averaged 180days old - that's half a year to you math challenged out there) and, and, and they were still charging us $350 A WEEK TO WAIT !!!! No, they promised to straighten it all out with B of A, their CC clearing house (same place my refund was comming from huh Tommy), really we believed them. We still do. (cough-hack-choke) ***************************************** begining of email ***************************************** Good day SureQuote Agents, Fresh data has been plugged into the SureQuote System in states that have a surplus of information. This week, those states are California, Florida, Ohio, North Carolina, & Texas. ** The requirement is $5,000 annualized premium per week. If you require additional assistance, please dont hesitate to call. Elizabeth *****, Agent Support Specialist Total Mortgage Protection / SureQuote 6685 Forest Hill Blvd Ste. 211 West Palm Beach, FL 33413 561.434.3700 x110 561.434.6659 (Fax) **************************************** end of email **************************************** When we got this we just flipped out. We sent an email immediately asking for clarification and the employee said "it was a mistake". (I have that email too) So, how many of you that bought into Surequote/Total Mortgage Protection were on this lead plan?? Not us?? Who had a gig that had a $5,000 annual premium PER WEEK nut to crack??? Not us. Wasn't in our contract (wait - did we ever get a contract?) .?? Who'd pay anything for leads to have that hangin' over their heads? Hey! Wait! Maybe something else was going on?? Maybe someone(s) weren't paying for. awww that couldn't be it? Could it? Anyway, that's all I'm saying about that. Schools out. Nick (there's more commin') in Sun City

Last time I called, Elizabeth answered and she sounded just beat. It must be tough having to go through this. Is April still hanging in there? Gotta be hard when your hubbie is taken a beating for all the bad things going on in West Palm Beach.....? Wayne and Tommy know my number(s) now so they don't take my calls. Wayne was funny though, one day he didn't recognize my number (called from a friends office to Waynes cell) and he answered..... ya shoulda heard the bobbin' and weavin'! Ha! Anyway. Your Rebutt doesn't say anything, but using a search engine optimizer to blow off the google tags is a great gig. Nice going. I always thought you knew your stuff re: computers. Congrats! You've proven that you can indeed "run and hide". OK back to it. We're not fighting this here, we're just advertising. I'll let the state(s) officialdom do their jobs. Yet, the Department of Finance in your home state, has had enough complaints OTHER THAN MINE! (not yelling - just pointing out), to take notice. Don't go threatening anyone, your hangin' in the wind by fingernails. As for how, and who I get my info from............ you've burned too many people, they all want to talk to someone. So I'm available. Look Pal, TMP/Surequote was sunk the minute they started lying. That's bad enough, but when you take peoples money and don't provide the service (notice I'm NOT saying the quality of service or the effectiveness of the service) I'm saying the service, when it doesn't work for what ever the reason (I never believed you guys weren't paying your phone bills - even though it was funny) ya can't charge for it! DUH! Ya can't charge if it isn't working whatever the reason! Hey, since I have your attention I WANT MY MONEY BACK ! (sorry, just had to say that - impulsive at times don'tcha know) Where was I? Oh yeah............ Wayne owes too much money to too many people, sooner or later it's going to stop comin' in. Ya can't make a living for yourself and your family on Waynes promises. And for Tommy, what's he doing there? The guy has some smarts? I can't believe he's callin' people Surequotes already burned and trying to get them to sign up for this new gig!!!!! What's he doing? Anyway, get your resume out there, and start taking long lunches (wink-wink) Good Luck. Nick in Sun City

O.K., now that I've read your longer version (of repetitive libel/slander), I believe I know how you obtained our information but that's neither here nor there; at least I'm pretty sure we know who to prosecute now. (Yeah, to that person in question, you thought we were blaming you for everything but we weren't; now we will and yes, prosecute, because you signed a non-disclosure agreement.) As far as our insurance carriers, I would say there's one really good reason they've done nothing about the complaints against our president/owner: they are unfounded complaints that we are able to resolve in our favor. Every business gets complaints, to quote RipOffReport.com's ad, but the few complaints against us have mostly gone to professional arbitrators/mediators and we eventually get a letter from them stating that we not only held to our end of the contract but, furthermore, went above and beyond the "call of duty" to attempt to alleviate the concerns of the complaining party. I am not some fancy executive, nor am I a con artist, I'm just a regular guy doing a job. However, I have had this job longer than any other single position I've held in my life. I am still here because I believe the SureQuote system works. I have seen it work for people time and time again and am rather fatigued by petty complaints that are issued when it doesn't go somebody's way. Life hasn't gone my way but I keep on going...

We are working with the state of Florida's Attorney Generals office through the Department of Finance. The Investigator is Todd Alridge and he wants names and numbers of everyone ripped off by these guys and gals in West Palm Beach. Not just Total Mortgage Protection, but SureQuote also! Mr. Alridge said that he will call everyone back, record your complaint, have a dispositon written up and mailed back to you, which you will sign and then return to him. Prepare to have ALL your information available. The more info the State of Florida has, the better the chance to get this taken care of. But don't stop with that. Contact all the insurance companies you were contracted with and get your contract moved to another RSD. Make sure you get SureQuotes software off your computer! Contact any and all insurance publications you read. Let other people know! As soon as I get the correct contact number I will post it. Special thanks to Ernie.................. GOOD JOB MY MAN!
