These guys ruined my car, I took it in under the impression that they were dent specialist. I had hail damage and Kevin told me they could fix it and they would work with my insurance. I gave them the full amount that my insurance gave me plus my deductable for a total of $2,173.00. I got my car back and you can still see the hail damage. You can even see points were they tried to push out the hail damage. IT LOOKS TERRIBLE!!!!!! I am embarrassed to drive my car or go any where other than work. I have 2009 Chevy Camaro thats worthless. Kevin refuses to give me money back and has not done anything to rectify this problem. My attorney is on this and I will not stop until my car is fixed. I would not use this hack if I were anyone in Carmel. Kevin will RAPE you!!! After talking to this guy and dealing with him I feel raped by him. I feel sick!!!!!

We believe that everyone has the right to their own opinion, good, bad or other. We have investigated this report and found it to be a fake and false report. We have found that a competitive body shop has written this review in order to tarnish our name and image. This is the same person who wrote the other report and we have begun legal action on this person.

How we know its fake?

1.      I gave them the full amount that my insurance gave me plus my deductable for a total of $2,173.00

a.      WE NEVER collect payment on ANY vehicle until all repairs are completed and the customer picks up there vehicle. This is industry standard. If you go to a shop and they ask for full payment in advance, be wary.

2.      I got my car back and you can still see the hail damage. You can even see points were they tried to push out the hail damage.

a.      While we dont pretend that we could miss a dent (Paint-less dent removal is very difficult) EVERY repair is warrantied. If the was an actual customer, we would 100% taken care of the problem and provide this said person with a rental vehicle.

3.      Kevin told me they could fix it and they would work with my insurance Kevin refuses to give me money back and has not done anything to rectify this problem

a.      If for some reason a shop refuses to do something that the insurance company is paying for and that shop collect money that is INSURANCE FRAUD and the person or shop that does this would be committing a felony.

b.      All this said customer would have to do is to call the insurance company and let them know what is going on. The insurance company would wither make the shop repair the vehicle 100% or take the car to another shop and make the first shop pay back all the money.

4.      I have 2009 Chevy Camaro thats worthless

a.      We have NO record of repairing a Camaro in 2011 or 2012

b.      This person could have uploaded photos and/ or a copy of an invoice to prove that we repair this said vehicle.

5.      My attorney is on this and I will not stop until my car is fixed

a.      This report was filed on 10/2/2012, to date there has not been an attorney that has contacted our business about this matter.

b.      Is there was an attorney involved or a law suit, there would be a public record, and because there is not, there is not public record.

In summary, we are a victim of cyber fraud. This report is NOT true! Anyone, including our competitor can write anything they want to get a competitive edge. We are not perfect, there are mistake that we have made. That is why we warranty everything! Each customer is given a written warranty. We are a small family business that takes pride in what we do. GREAT customer service and quality repairs are very important to us because our business is built on repeat customers and word of mouth.
