I purchased a timeshare at La Jolla, Mazatlan in July, 2012. At that time, I was promised that my two exisiting timeshares would be purchased within 30 days. Due to a stroke of good luck and an amazing credit card company, I was reimbursed for the La Jolla purchase, which was shown to be fraudulent. However, I'd used a different card for the sale of the timeshare with TPS Atlanta, Inc.. This company has an Atlanta address to make it seem as though they are an American company, but they are not in Atlanta. They are presumably in Mexico. They told me time after time that the sale process was almost complete and each time one fell through, they had a new buyer right away. They don't respond to phone calls and rarely to e-mails. They are a scam and although they have a website, it doesn't seem to change and is a front for an unethical company. Mazatlan is a great vacation spot, but please don't be seduced by the individuals who make promises that seem too good to be true, because they probably are. Avoid La Jolla, Mazatlan and TPS, Atlanta, Inc. at all costs!
