TradeDoubler Tradedoubler scam, blocked account, employees don't respond, avoid them Milano, Italy
I am filling this report against the Swedish company of on line marketing TradeDoubler, and in this particular case against the Italian branch.
I have been an affiliate of TradeDoubler for several years, and now I have my account blocked illegitimately.
The problems began on 9th of this month, when trying to login inserting my correct details, I noticed that despite didnt appear any message about wrong user/password, I couldnt login (a problem happened also in the past) and I contacted the Italian customer care.
On 10th of May, I received a mail from Francesco Balduini [email protected] that told me that because the sites in which I put the banners were inactive he had to block my account.
I explained him via mail that some sites were with domains expired, and other cancelled because the blog provider dismissed that activity.
According to their terms and conditions, the inactivity of the sites is not reason for closure of accounts. Then they should have noticed me before inhibiting access to the site.
They had to say, in my opinion, dear publisher your sites are inactive, or you submit new sites and put our banners or we will suspend your account.
I have 12 euro of balance and Balduini said that they will be transferred, but not specified when. I wrote to Balduini that I wanted to login my account also to be sure that my bank details to receive the 12 euro were correct.
So, summarizing, after the mail of Balduini, I replied to him via mail, saying that suspension was illegitimate, that I wanted to continue to login specially to check the correctness of my bank details.
He didnt reply. Then 2 days ago I have phoned them at the number +39 02 919838, and the guy that replied said that Balduini was on holiday, that over the phone they dont resolve this kind of problems and that I had to write to [email protected].
I wrote, but as expected, they didnt reply even though I received a reading confirmation mail , my mail was been read by another guy [email protected].
I think that this company is not reliable at all. I will keep the community updated.

Hi to all
Last month i report tradedoubler don`t pay to my radio station affiliation account, this month they pay 3080, the information continuing reported in my control panel to say i`m cheater, but i`m tell again i`m not cheater i have a big traffic in my webradio station, it`s normal my radio station have a good conversion in tradedoubler and others affiliate network like a Zanox, hiffyciency and netaffiliation, yes i have a big conversions in all.

Then i send a mail to ask why don`t pay me, after 2 days of this in my panel i receive the information to update my bank details.

Tadedouble always pay me as you see in image, i ask to a employee of tradedoubler who write this to prove i`m a cheater, my radio station receive +-1.500.000 visitors a day in the world, of course i have very leads, clicks in a day.
Tradedoubler is a scammer i don`t think i`m a cheater, they pay the little invoices but with more earnings they don`t pay. I work with Zanox, netfilia, netlucro, hifficiency, publicidees and Netaffiliation and i don`t have problems like Tradedoubler, these platforms pay in a day, clicks, leads and sales.

Francesco Balduini is a total liar, because my websites didn't have nor artificial traffic, nor they were earn money online. My websites were normal blog, legit that were already approved by Tradedoubler.
Then, Balduini ( still on vacation?) should now that https://www.tradedoubler.com/public/aRegisterAffiliate.action doesn't work, but the terms and conditions for Italian pubblisher are on http://www.tradedoubler.com/it-it/termini-e-condizioni/.
You should read the terms, Balduini, and you will see that TradeDoubler doesn't forbid any website with ptc or money on line scheme and I repeat that my sites in the past accepted and approved by Tradedoubler.
The 12 euro earned are legit, are transaction validated by TradeDoubler and the limit of 50 euro applies to active accounts not to the suspended.
You told that 12 euro were given back, prove it here, attach some proof, but I know already that TradeDoubler wants to keep those 12 euro.
I hope that these behaviour are only of these guys and not of all the employees of TradeDoubler.
Hey Balduini, if you want to defend yourself, try to do it properly without inventing fairy tales

TradeDoubler has a strict policy on what kind of websites can work on the network. We don't allow, for example, PTC website model, similar "earn money online" websites and Artificial Traffic.
After a manual check on this publisher, we found that his websites were nor existent or/and expired domains or/and sites related to "earn money online" models.
So we deleted the account and all the money (12) were given back to advertisers.

(btw the minimum amount of money TradeDoubler can pay is 50)
