I got to thinking about what the nurse or office employee who said I was a "lazy wanting something for free "and I was thinking you said you have work comp people where you work in a doctors office and ask myself this "does she tell all the work comp people that the doctor she works for the same things she told me about being on workman's comp? Does she treat them like the nurses and office employees at doctors offices I went to? Does she tell them "your work comp we treat you like crap and low lifes? Does she tell them I wish I could set on my rear and wathc tv and eat like a queen on food stamps? Well let me tell her I can't draw unemployment its not my employers fault I can't work. They tell you you must be able to work. If I did draw unemployment I would be telling a lie to them. I wouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing that I had to lie in order to have some kind of income. Try living on just $162 a month food stamps. Do you think I want to live on $162 a month food stamps. Do you think I want to ask her for money to get a hair cut.to sleep in a horse trailer in my daughters yard. She has 2 kids and works a job. She doesn't ask anyone for help. I am to a shame to sleep in her home. It's not my fault all I did was get hurt on my job. The state of Arkansas's work comp laws let insurance companies play games with people who need medical help from doctors who will not help you under orders from insurance companies. The law will let me pick a doctor I wish to go to but the insurance company has to only pay for one vist so why change doctors? Yes lady I'm out to make a killing from the insurance company. Your right I'm just a bum.

sounds just like the one's I had to put up with. If you could read I only had trouble with the comp doctors after they would not let me have a copy of my medical records. I only had real trouble with DR. Sharon Meador when she would'nt let my wife stay in the exam room with me. The 5 doctors were all doctors the comp nurse sent me to see 1 for my head 1 for my back 1 for MRI of head 1 for my injury that and over seen all the treatment and test then there was DR. Meador. It's not as if I did'nt get along with the doctors it was the STAFF like you that gave me a hard time. I'm sorry you did'nt understand what I was saying. I think I did a very good job explaining as after my head injury my IQ test shows 78 and as you know 70 is retarded. Im sorry you think I'm trying to rip off everyone but I'm not i just want the medical treatment I need. Also in arkansas there is no wind fall of money the most I could get from comp on a washout of my claim would be 26 weeks thats $10,400.00. Last year from jan to 11/4/07 I grossed 48,733.76. Now you have more info and I am sorry you got upset. Thank you

Either that, or lazy and don't want to work? I read your report and noted that you have been through 5 different doctors to date. Just one of many red flags here. And you stated that 4 seperate physicians refused to continue your treatment due to your behavior in their office? Yes, thats what you said. I work for a very busy specialist practice (we also treat workers comp patients) and for a patient to be excused from our care is rare, as they have had to be horrific, and a threat to our physicians or staff. In the 5 years I've been here, I've only seen this happen twice. Let me guess, your head injury is healed, but you've been able to drag out the back/neck issues as they are so nonspecific and cant be proven not to exist, correct? Seems you are the problem, not workers comp, not your employer, none of the doctors that had to take you on, nor is it your governors fault. You get food assistance? Its too bad that I have to work 40+ hours a week and cant allow $162 of the money I "worked" for to spend on just groceries alone. Seems part of the system you're playing rewarded you once again. Dont want to work = free food. Where's the justice in that? Oh wait, I'm sure you'll find it when you file a frivilous law suit which I'm sure is next on your agenda. Bottom line, your story is that of a "someone who wants something for nothing" and THANK GOSH these physicians, workers comp reps, compaines, and your employer seem to have figured you out. Once your governer does, perhaps he'll take you off your food stamps too.
