Purchased motor from Kristina on 04/26/2014 said it was grade A motor which was not true. contacted her after my mechinic installed the motor and noticed a problem with the motor after trouble shooting. i called her back to tell her it wasnt good and never got the adress to where the motor needed to be shipped back to. called her again on 12/02/2014 told her still having problems with the motor and they will not honor the warranty of 1 year which is written on the CC authroziation papers. Then she offered me to buy another motor from her for $1550.

Dear Jay

Again, I am sorry that you did not ship your unit back as requested when you first reported the problem under the salvage yards, warranty, it was not under my warranty, but the salvage yard which held the first 90 days of your warranty.  In addittion to this, you never sent in any of the receipts, records of instal, ASE certification, absolutely nothing that you signed for in the warranty.

The yard spoke with you about shipping it back, as well as I did.  You did not ship your unit back, but waited until close to the end of the year to try to get a refund.

You and I have had numerous conversations about this and I have all of the emails asking for you to send it back last summer, as well as the email where I gave you the ship back to address and the name and phone number of my shipper.  You can email me for a complete copy of your signed warranty, a copy of each and every email correspondence, as well as a record or your initial phone call that you placed to us last JUNE telling us that you had a warranty issue.

Also as your signed agreement states, any warranty issue that happens the first 90 DAYS is the warehouse that sent you the units warranty.  Therefore, you did not ship your unit back but instead decided to try to get me to honor your issue under my warranty 7 months later.  Since the issue was first reported in the beginning of JUNE and you bought the unit from the warehouse in MAY, you were still under their 90 DAY WARRANTY!  I am a locating service.  Per our signed agreement, you paid me a locating fee for locating you a unit.  Had you shipped your unit back in JUNE when the warehouse requested you do so, you would have had them send you a replacement unit under their warranty.  Since no one ever heard back from you again, and you failed to ship your unit back to the warehouse when you first called in an issue back in JUNE, you voided your warranty.

as stated, you can request a copy of all correspondence including phone calls, an affidavit from the warehouse where you were instructed to ship your unit back to, phone call records, and email records where you were given the info to send back to.  I will be happy to email all of this information and all of the phone records, as well as your signed warranty agreement to anyone that you request I send it to. I have addressed this issue numerous times with you onlilne and through email. Additionally, if you are in need of the recorded phone call that you made to the warehouse with the date and time and conversation when you called them in JUNE I can get that for you as well.

Thank You

Hi Jonathan

This is your second time placing this same thing online. I have copied and pasted your first one below from May when you were told to ship the engine back but did not. I am truly sorry that you did not ship the engine back and then you called 8 months later and asked if it were too late to send it back and it is because 8 months has gone by from when the problem was first reported, and you were given 30 days to ship it back.

Here is a copy of our first correspondence on here

FROM:

Doylestown, Pennsylvania Equipment Used Engine

Purchased a engine from tranmission network supply 30days ago and the engine is not running right at all had it checked out I found out that it needs to be replaced spoke to Kristina and I was told it could be replaced but I need to pay for shipping in returning the defective engine she was suspose to call ms back but has not returned my phone calls or nothing I don't believe it right that they sent me a bad product and that I need to pay for it to be return to the salvage yard that it came from d278fac review #492039

REPLY Kristina May 31 Dear Doylestown PA If I did not return your phone call, how were you told that you had to ship your unit back? Your first sentence was "I spoke to Kristina and was told I had to ship it back" Then in the next sentence you said I never called you back. I spoke to you this morning and gave you the name of my shipper so that you could pay my rate to ship the unit back for a replacement, as well as emailed the info to you. I spoke also to your mechanic that said he is not an ASE certified mechanic, so the yard is requesting that you ship the unit back for an exchange and although you are upset about this, you new this up front and were told both verbally and in writing that if you do not have it installed by a licensed mechanic, you would be responsible for shipping back. Warrantys are in writing and you also signed it, there has to be some sort of accountability on how the engine is installed to make sure that the units that are sent out are installed properly.
