Complaint Review: Trendpoint Systems - San Ramon California

WARNING CRIMINAL CON-ARTIST CROOK: Robert Hunter, "Trendpoint Systems", San Ramon, CA, Danville,California


Warning to anyone intending to do any kind of business with a San Ramon, California one-man scam now being called "Trendpoint Systems", and to anyone currently working with Bob Hunter:

Robert Hunter is a professional serial criminal crook and Trendpoint is his latest, of several fly by night companies.

Mr. Hunter's claims about his past are lies. He has never been able to startup a successful company because he is inherently a crook unable to do anything without lying through his teeth, embezzling invester funding, and lying and exaggerating about faulty or non-existent products. His expertise is in stealing investors' assets once he has destroyed the startup company with his criminal and unscrupolous behavior, in a very pre-planned fashion.

As part of his latest scam, Mr. Hunter parades several of his fellow Neo-Con artist crook "friends" on his "Trendpoint.com" website as he, again lies through his teeth about another fly-by-night startup:

Here are few of the many lies on Mr. Hunter's Trendpoint System's website:

Lie: "Bob was the principal of the IBM/CFSG joint venture, which went on to produce over $20 million in revenue and was highly profitable". 
There is no such "joint venture" between "IBM and CFSG". Mr. Hunter has never been able to create a successful company.


Lie: "In 1994, Mr. Hunter sold his stake in CFSG and co-founded Computer Site Technologies (CST) along with Hans Imhof. In 1996, Bob founded NetBrowser Communications together with Mr. Imhof."
You will also notice that none of these companies exist either. Mr. Hunter forgets to mention that his vicious criminal nature and crookery kills off any company he receives invester funding for, before the company gets off the ground.


Lie: "NetBrowser became the pioneering leader in the web-based management space for data centers and its products are still in use at many large data centers today"

Netbrowser does not exist, nor do its alleged "products"; it was nothing yet another fly-by-night failure planned to fail by this crazy sociopath, after which he of course robbed and plundered.

Once Mr. Hunter has pushed the company in question to the brink of bankruptcy, he will launder and move investers' assets and funds to his personal accounts, often through preplanned blackmail and extortion of everyone involved, as well as conning his pre-designated illegal foreign worker or a bank employee to carry out these acts of theft. Bob Hunter will then automatically blame his criminal activities on the designated unsuspecting victim.

Mr Hunter's "expertise" includes pressuring unsuspecting illegal foreign workers, who don't know that they are being lied to about having visa paperwork filed, into assembling faulty products based on questionable third party components, and provide fraudulent maintenance and installation "services" in order to force the unsuspecting victim to come back later and be forced to pay Mr. Hunter's company to "fix" the issue and charge the unsuspecting customer for "maintenance fees". 

In yet another pre-meditated and routine criminal act, Mr. Hunter blames an immigration attorney for HIS criminal behavior in employing a foreign worker illegaly, deliberately neglecting to file for H1B visa for the victim with the relevant federal agencies for labor and immigration, even after lying to the victim about filing the paperwork. 

Even if the H1B paperwork is filed, Bob Hunter or his partner in crime will ensure that there are flaws which will ultimately cause the paperwork to be rejected while he lies to and blackmails the victim to continue to work for him illegally without informing the person about the matter.

Bob Hunter promptly sabotages any company after he has received investment funding. His online portfolio is full of lies and every single company that he has been involved in has had the same history of scams and lies and has gone bankrupt! 

Mr. Hunter's claims about his "many satified customers" are also lies. Mr. Hunter is neither capable nor willing to deliver a working product or service to anyone.

I strongly suggest to anyone that has any relationship with any aspect of "Trendpoint Systems" and Bob Hunter to terminate that relationship retroactively since everything that this man says is a lie and everything that he does is an illegal scam and a preplanned ruse.

"Trendpoint" is made to appear legitimate by a small circle of fellow crooks affiliated with Bob Hunter, including the person that rents the single office he operates from, in San Ramon (Executive Base Network).

The office he claims to operate has been pre-arranged by "Executive Base Network" to look as though it is staffed in order to lure unsuspecting workers to work for him developing "products" with deliberate faults - Mr. Hunter deliberately sells fraudulent services and defective products in order to incur future expenses on the unsuspecting victim. 

Mr. Hunter's targets, including customers, investors, unsuspecting foreign employee who is often hired illegally without his or her knowledge as black mail leverage for Mr. Hunter, either directly or through his associate fly-by-night friends, to work in his one room sweatshop. Interestingly anyone else that provides a service to his one-man-scam business and sweat shop are minorities and all targets of blame for any deliberate act of fraud that Robert Hunter has planned out including theft of the victim employee's payrol dedctions including taxes, social security contributions etc. Mr. Hunter immediately blames anyone affiliated with him for these acts of theft, through various means, in a highly pre-meditated, pre-planned fashion.


TRENDPOINT SYSTEMS ILLEGAL FOREIGN WORKERS SCAM

Be warned that this crook is targeting minorities working as Foreign Workers in the U.S. from other countries, repeatedly and in sequence, "hiring" them in his one-man company and forcing them to return to their home country once he has screwed them (telling them "Sorry you are here illegally ha ha"); especially those who require foreign visas (for whom Mr. Hunter often claims to have hired an immigration lawyer). 

As a routine Bob Hunter's "Trendpoint Systems is lying about processing labor and immigration paperwork, after which Mr. Hunter will, as a pre-planned routine, threaten the employee once he has made them work in his low-wage sweatshopfor months illegally in the U.S. Mr. Hunter's works with his fly-by-night acquantances, who will be mentioned later, to reel in the prospective victims from other countries.

Robert Hunter has absolutely no fear of the law and he will steal from Social Security and IRS and state income tax paycheck deduction without hesitation because, as part of his paycheck scam, he pre-designates who to blame the "mistake" on if and when he gets caught - Interestingly the victim that Mr. Hunter defrauds is usually a minority from another country such as India, whom he brings in illegally to do 100% the development work, often poorly and under pressure, lying about immigration processing. As part of his already-mentioned scam-formula he may even blame the immigration lawyer that he has supposedly hired to do the often non-existent paperwork. 

Mr. Hunter targets other people - bank employees, lawyers etc., to use them to blame for his deliberate and illegal acts of payroll theft including theft of IRS and Social Security payroll deductions etc. from the same illegal foreign workers whom he specifically hires and lies to about completing their H1B visa paperwork.

If you are a victim of Robert Hunter and any of his criminal partners in crime, I strongly recomment that you file a report with law enforcement as soon as possible.
