On Sept 11th I recieved a shipment which only contained 1 item of 3 I ordered. Both EBay and the company have failed to refund or provide the missing product. EBay ruled that since I received a box that their guarantee does not apply.... they refused to acknowlege that only one product I ordered was inside the shipping box. The items were listed on the manifest but they were nowhere to be found. EBay backed the seller and the seller did not even give me the courtesy of a reply to my request to send the product or provide a refund of $140. EBay guarantee is a huge ripoff and so is EBay username: tcpglobal aka Tri-City Paint Corporation

TCPGlobal on ebay has agreed to send the missing items that were never shipped. I still am angry with EBay's so call Safe payment guarantee.... it's totally bogus. They just closed the case and said sorry... big scam! Make sure you are dealing with a reputable company if you use ebay because their guarantees are not worth the bits and bites they are written with.!!!!!
