I find this review a little bit hard to trust. I just wanted to point out that there were more gramatical and spelling errors in that review than I could count on one hand. I have no idea what the experience is like at this school in particular because I have never attended, but my guess would be that if you can't write with basic correct gratical style, that any type of schooling would prove to be quite the challenge, especially if an even decent GPA is required to be maintained.
I have known people who attened the Tricoci University schools, though none in Bridgeport to my knowledge. Though from what I have heard, people tended to have very positive experiences at this school and feel that they were worked hard, but to the benefit of feeling like they learned a lot. People were very pleased with how well prepared they felt to begin work in an actual salon, where I promise, skill, ability to take direction, success, and high quality performance will absolutely be non-negotiable.
I earned my Bachelor's degree at Northwestern University, and my Master's degree at the Adler School of Professional Psychology, and now I am currently looking into following my passion for cosmetology and looking into school in the Chicago area. As part of my research, I have heard nothing but positive reviews about Tricoci University. I don't know about the comments of racism going on at that campus, if it's true then that is truely unfortunate and inexcusable. However, I don't believe that expecting students to work hard, learn much, suceed, and hence be prepared would constitute a negative review for an educational program.

It's sounds like you don't like to follow rules and guidelines. It is stateted in your hand book you signed and date that you will adhear to everything you seem to be complaining about. I can't believe you are upset that they expect you to actually be good at what you are being taught. You are upset at having to get a overall GPA of 85. Really!!?!? Maybe because you don't like rules and high expectations for yourself you should have enrolled in another more, mediocre school. And as for your comment on them being racist, don't you get tired of using that as a excuse for so so work? I graduated with a 97 GPA. it really wasn't veryhard to achieve. Maybe instead of blaming your shortcomings on teachers, school, etc you may want to take a look at what you can do for yourself to be successful in life. Instead of expecting Tricoci university to give it to you. Try working hard for something yourself. I'm just wondering, if someone doesn't like how you do their hair, are they racisted too, or just maybe your bad at hair...hmmmm
