I feel for this rip-off also. It was an adveristment on line to something i had looked up. To pay only $4.95 for s/h they would send 2 jars of wrinkle cream.
Then when i checked my bank statement a few weeks later, i was charged $89.73 also. Tried to email to complain, with no response. Next month, same charge to my card and they did send a jar of cream. By the way- it didnt work. I had to cancel my card, which is very difficult.
