Donald C, first thing I like to point out. My report IS NOT contradictory or a LIE if that is what you want to accuse me of. The point of the report is:
1. Richard said, there is no way I can purchase one time report. However, I DID purchase one time report once a year. That means he LIED or he wouldn't admit an error since I was charged for every single month. READ again!
2. I purchased once, and I am done until next year and year after that. I have my credit report of 2009 and 2010 from truecredit which each is ONE time report on each year. I am still using annual credit report but I don't like the format. I don't have any charges following that month. Means, I paid ONLY ONCE at 2009 and ONLY ONCE at 2010. I did use 2011 but I am done after that supposedly but was charged UNTIL NOW.
3. I am NOT keeping the password or the username after the transaction or ever try to remember them since I ONLY USED IT ONCE a year. Thus I couldn't find my username/password on my login username/password excel file which has every account that I have on any Internet website. That's why on the report I made last time, just like I am saying again, I couldn't find my login username/password. Donald C, you're trying to discredit me by using that statement, than you have failed.
4. Richard should have been polite. Donald C didn't you not read what I said about the 2nd REP? She was nice and very polite. If she was the first person who I spoke with, I will probably write it off as some bad things happened once a while to people. I will probably just forget it and be careful next time. However, Richard ticked me off by being very rude to me hence the report on this website. Again, credit report can be purchased ONCE a year, and you don't have to pay every single month. However, Richard C claimed you have to buy every single month which is NOT true. So, I am not lying nor contradict to myself as Donald C claimed.
5. Apologize for some typos and grammatical errors because I am writing fast and in frustration.

"At the same time I told him, I used their service before and it's only once a year purchase. I told him, why would I purchased something for more than a year, and not even MONITORING it since I do not have my a password nor username to login."
Your above statement is contradictory in nature. You stated that you do not have a user id and Password this is not a true statement of fact. I have been using transunion credit monitoring for several years now. I started using them when it was truecredit.com and now it is transunion.com and I know for a fact that you have to have a user id and password as you have to be a registered user to purchase even a single credit report and pay with your debit or credit card. Since your complaint alludes to disputed charges to your credit card it is apparent that you do in fact have a user id and password. I agree with their service rep here you misread the "fine print" The only other alternative would have been to request credit report by mail and send a check or money order for payment.
