Trust Security is the ultimate Rip Off! I have cancelled my service agreement 4 times only to have this company continue the service saying "we never received the cancellation letter." The past two times the "operations manager" was going to handle my cancellation personally. I'm still waiting for it to be cancelled.
They say they send out 4 statements a year, I only get two statements a year and each time I call in to say I've cancelled the account and they give me some bogus reason and excuse why it has not been cancelled.
Of course now I get the "we are turning you over to collections" letter and I called in again and get the same run around. I've asked them to fax the cancellation letter, they say they can't. I ask them to email the cancellation letter, can't. I'm quite sure if I drive all the way to their office, they'd come up with some excuse as to why I couldn't cancel it either.
You would think, after 1.5 years and 4 phone calls of cancelling they would get the hint! But, not this company. They are going to try and threaten me for not paying for a service in which I haven't lived in that home for 1.5 years. Don't do business with this company. They lie and they are despicable.
