This is the problem right here. Instead of simply sending a random email off to cyberspace and *hoping* someone might read it and reply, why don't you pick up the phone and CALL the companies that made the disputed charges? Don't you think you'll accomplish a lot more if you are talking face-to-face to a person who can help you?
