Jan 19th 2016 I purchadsed a casual brown vinyl glider recliner with ottoman by Coaster from ubuyfurniture-inc ebay store. In the first week the welds on both sides of the chair frame broke. I contacted ubuyfurniture-inc to report the problem. I was told to send pictures of the problem so they could send them to coaster to get a replacement. After a few weeks they finally got back to me and said they need a picture of the tag from the chair, so I sent that. After weeks of waiting I filed with ebay about the problem, but of course I was out of the time to return the item. ( I was hoping this company would make it right) Then I get a message they heard back form Coaster and he said I could donate the chair in Coasters name and i could get a refund, but I got another message saying he could send me the bottom part of the chair so i could fix my chair. I replyed back that either option would be okay with me. Now I get no responce as to which option they want to do, so it continues. This should have been completed by now.

Today I got the replacement part for the chair, so hopfully it will not repeat what happened to the other frame, but all good.
