I purchased a 2006 Mercedes Benz SLK55 from Ultimate Autosports, Inc. , supposedly on eBay. I should have known something was not kosher, when they had me fill out a form for a deposit, instead of paying through paypal. Also, when we did agree on the price, the owner, Joe, took the car off of eBay. That would have been fine, if the car was exactly as pictured, on eBay. Unfortunately, it was not. There are scratches, dents, scratched bumper, the tire has a tear, the front end needs aligning, and there is a problem with the ESP sensor. It also took 3 weeks for the car to get here, after paying. I should have done some research on this company before purchasing from them. But I thought, that buying from a car dealorship online, would have been better than buying from an individual. Since, I bought the car out of eBay, I am not sure that I could even register a complaint to them. This company should not be allowed to be in business, and I am going to try my hardest to see that they do not stay in business, to scam another innocent person!!!

I agree that purchasing a vehicle sight unseen without a test drive was a much better plan.

The used car company was Ultimate Motorsports, Inc, from Houston, TX, and not Ultimate Autosports....
