I ordered a free trial version in August of 2006. I did not cancel within the free trial period, however; I was smart enough to print off all the pages of their website upon my intitial order. All I paid for the 14 day supply was $4.97 for shipping and handling.

After being billed for another $99.41 on Nov. 16th, I called the number on the webpage to cancel. Well, needless to say, no one answered and I tried several times. Assuming that they weren't answering on purpose, I left a message with my invoice number and information. Due to the fact that leaving a message is unreliable for obvious reason, I then sent them a letter on Nov. 27th with all of my information stating that I wanted to cancel. I almost threw my copies of their webpage away a few weeks ago, thinking it had been taken care of. Luckily I didn't.

Jan. 12th, ANOTHER $99.41 was debited from my account! Upon calling I was hung up on several times (after reading other complaints in here on them, that doesn't come as a big suprise, apparently!) even though I was not yelling or cursing, just trying to plead my case. I kept calling back every time they hung up on me. I was told that "it was stupid to leave a message with a company with over 1 million customers" (DUH-- that's why I did the letter!)and "we don't accept anything but registered mail."

Well, I once again referred to my pages that I had printed of their webpage from the day I initially ordered, and NO WHERE --not even under TERMS and CONDITIONS does it state that you have to cancel via REGISTERED MAIL! Also, it doesn't say anything about what to do if you can't get through on the number to call. (Of course!)

I did just go on the webpage now, and of course NOW it does state that you need to cancel via registered mail, but IT DID NOT THEN! I have the proof to that matter! And besides, since when did regular mail not constitute as professional means of communication? (Not my fault they are apparently too inept to read a letter and process it efficiently -- oh WAIT -- that's the scam part of it!) "Uhhh, sorry maam but we never recieved your letter so you'll just have to pay AGAIN!"

Oh and also, since they wouldn't reverse the charges, I demanded that the product had better be shipped out to me via registered mail to ensure that I got it, since the regular mail is apparently too unreliable and she state "uh, we don't ship registered mail." Hmmm, funny how that works!

Not only did the product NOT WORK, but the company is a complete rip off and I suggest anyone reading this cancel and change your credit card information TODAY as this company is a complete farse with no ethics whatsoever!

URGENT! URGENT! URGENT! URGENT! URGENT! URGENT!

Contact Utah's as well as your state's attorney general AND make a complaint with the UTAH and your State's Better Business Bureau and lets put these jokers out of business!
