On 5/26/10 I ordered an "Oximeter" at a cost of $109.00 plus tax. The product arrived and from the beginning I found it to be faulty. I had it compared to others at my clinic and they also agreed that the readings were inaccurate'
I have sent two e mail reports of this faulty unit and requested they send me an authorization to return it for an exchange.
To date, there have been no replies.
In looking at other peoples complaints I see that this is not an uncommon practice for this particular company
It is absolutely necessary that I have accurate readings to ascertain my oxygen levels throughout the day. I will be filing a complaint with the Consumer Protection Division of the Attorney Generals office here in Wa. state as it is critical that I have an accurate reading of my daily oxygen levels. I cannot afford to buy another one.
I would also recommend that others with similar problems file a complaint with their State AG's office as this seems to be the only way that satisfaction can be obtained.

On June 7th I received a replacement for my faulty "Oximeter". The product was replaced without fanfare or hassle.
Had Securenet Medical responded to at least one of my E mail messages I would not have filed my complaint.
Answer your E mail complaints Securenet, and save yourself the embarrassment of having postings such as the one I had to put up.
Thanks for the replacement!
